3. Obtaining an Account

trackmudra.com is intended for use by Indian customers only and provides cashback exclusively in Indian National Rupees (INR). To register for a Track Mudra account or use our services, you must be an Indian resident and at least 16 years old. Only one account per person is allowed.

Due to security reasons, changing the name and email address associated with your Track Mudra account is not permitted. Therefore, you must provide accurate and current information when registering, including your name, email address, and other relevant details. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Since your email address is crucial for seamless communication with us, please ensure you have full access to the email address you provide.

4. Termination of Account

trackmudra.com reserves the right to terminate any account if fraudulent, abusive, or unfair activity is detected. Additionally, accounts deemed “inactive” as described in Section 15 may also be terminated.

If a user fails to provide a valid or serviceable email address, their membership may be terminated, and they may be barred from using our services in the future. We also reserve the right to refuse or deny membership to any individual.

5. Cashback

As a member of trackmudra.com, you can earn cashback on purchases made from various retailers listed on our site. However, Track Mudra can only provide cashback for genuine transactions that are successfully tracked and verified by the retailers. Once your transaction is confirmed by the retailer, we receive a commission, and we pass on the majority of this commission to you as cashback.

Please be aware that under certain conditions, your transaction may not be tracked or may not qualify for cashback. We cannot be held responsible for such instances. Retailers determine the validity of a transaction based on their own criteria. Transactions deemed non-genuine or invalid by the retailer will not qualify for cashback and may be disapproved.

trackmudra.com will make its best efforts to recover any unpaid or missing cashback from retailers. If you have made a genuine transaction but did not receive cashback, you can submit a claim by contacting our support team. However, we reserve the right to discontinue pursuit of your cashback claim at any time, and our decision in this matter will be final.

At times, you may receive a lower amount of cashback than expected if the retailer provides us with less than the originally claimed amount. In such cases, you may raise a query, and we will address it with the retailer. However, we reserve the right to close the inquiry if the retailer does not provide payment within three months.

6. Referrals

trackmudra.com offers referral cashback that you can track through the referral/affiliate dashboard provided to you upon qualifying as an eligible referrer/affiliate. The referral amount per successful referral transaction may vary depending on the campaign. This referral program is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Track Mudra. To earn the referral bonus, the referred member must meet certain conditions and requirements:

Only genuine and unique referrals will be eligible for payment.

The referred member must complete a valid transaction using the unique referral link.

Self-referrals are not allowed. If detected, all referral earnings will be forfeited.

Multiple accounts or signups by the same user, or any fraudulent signups or activities, will result in the permanent termination of accounts.

7. Payments

trackmudra.com offers two methods for users to request payments:

Users receive their cashback payments within the timeframe specified in the offers or campaigns. Referral users can request payments once they have met certain criteria. Referral users can withdraw validated cashback when they have at least ₹1 in their account. We reserve the right to forfeit any validated balance in your account for reasons specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

Users must ensure that they provide correct and updated payment details. Track Mudra is not responsible for payments made to incorrect destinations or for any delays in payments.

In the event of any unusual or fraudulent activity detected from an account, we reserve the right to place all payment requests from that account on hold indefinitely until further investigation or to cancel any accumulated cashback.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we may collect about you, how we use it, your choices regarding its use, and whether we share it with any third parties. This Privacy Policy is part of this document, and by agreeing to it, you consent to the handling of your information in accordance with its terms.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

trackmudra.com is protected by copyright. Track Mudra holds all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to trackmudra.com and its services. No part of this site, including its content or data, may be copied, reproduced, or distributed, whether modified or not, without our prior consent. Additionally, the identity, logo, and services of Track Mudra may not be commercially exploited.

By uploading any material to trackmudra.com, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, or distribute that material.

10. Our Role

Please note that all transactions are made directly with individual retailers, not with trackmudra.com. Track Mudra is not involved in any way with the transactions conducted on any retailer’s website listed on trackmudra.com. Track Mudra merely redirects you to the retailer’s site and thus is not liable or legally responsible for the goods and services offered by those retailers.

11. Unauthorized Use of our Website

trackmudra.com reserves the right to terminate any user account and forfeit the earnings if it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

Users must not engage in or attempt to engage in transactions with retailers or gain cashback by providing incorrect or false information. Users must also avoid fraudulently or unfairly exploiting retailer offers.

Tampering with the website, including modifying URLs, distributing unauthorized URLs, email cloaking, running automated scripts, or spidering pages, will result in permanent suspension or termination of the account.

Track Mudra members are also required to ensure that any material posted by them does not:

Be defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, indecent, or malicious.

Contain any computer virus, macro virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other harmful elements designed to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt normal computer operations, or to intercept, access without authority, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Breach the rights of any person or entity.

Advertise any goods or services.

If you see any content on trackmudra.com that violates these criteria, please report it to us. Each user acknowledges that Track Mudra is entitled, but not obligated, to remove any material that violates these criteria. Users will be responsible for any legal issues arising from content they post.

12. Liability

trackmudra.com will only be liable as explicitly stated in this document and will not be held responsible for any other liability, duty, or obligation, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the sole right to modify the terms and conditions outlined in this document and post updated terms at any time at our discretion. Users will be thoroughly notified of any modifications, and the new Terms of Service will take effect no later than 30 days from the date of notification.

15. Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate any inactive accounts. “Inactive” accounts are defined as those that show no activity for a period of 12 months. To prevent your account from being marked as inactive, please log in at least once every 12 months. All redeemable or pending cashback/rewards on inactive accounts will be forfeited.

16. Miscellaneous

Our failure to act upon any breach of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable.

17. Linking

trackmudra.com may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked sites. Please review the terms of use and privacy policies that govern your use of such external websites. We are not responsible for the availability of these external resources or their content. Any concerns regarding other websites should be directed to the administrator of those sites.

18. Termination of Program

We reserve the right to terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time with notice. If the Program is terminated, you will have sixty (60) days to redeem your Track Mudra cashback from the date the notice is sent to the email address or residential address specified in your account during registration. We will not be responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination if such failure is due to an inaccurate email address or residential address, or your failure to check your mail.

19. Virus Disclaimer

We make our best efforts to rigorously review all content posted on trackmudra.com. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to data on your computer that may occur while using trackmudra.com.

20. Law

All provisions of this document and our relationship with each user of trackmudra.com are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Bokaro court.

21. Keeping this Agreement

Track Mudra will not file an individual agreement for each user who registers on trackmudra.com. You can access this agreement from our website. We recommend that you keep a copy of this agreement by printing or downloading it to your personal computer.

22. Assignments

You cannot assign any of your rights, obligations, privileges, or performance under this agreement without the prior written consent of Track Mudra. Participation in the Program is personal to you. Track Mudra cashback received under the Program may not be assigned or transferred to any third party, except as expressly permitted by Track Mudra in writing. The sale, transfer, lending, exchange, pooling, or barter of any Track Mudra cashback, other than by Track Mudra, is expressly prohibited. Any Track Mudra cashback assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred in violation of this policy may be confiscated or canceled.
